Return Policy

You have the right of withdrawal either by issue of a contract statement in written form (e.g. by letter post, fax, email) within two weeks or by return of the goods. You do not have to give any reasons. The deadline begins at the earliest with the receipt of the instruction. In order to protect the right of withdrawal it is required to return the withdrawal or the goods in good time. Please address your withdrawal to:

Goods which can be parcelled are to be returned. Deliveries will always be at our risk but please choose the cheapest delivery method (please never express deliveries!). The costs for return of goods out of a delivery in which the purchase value is not more than 40 Euros will be met by you providing the delivered goods corresponding to the purchase order. Otherwise the return is free of charge. We cannot accept unfree deliveries please always send the goods free. We will refund the charges immediately. Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for goods which were customized for you. If you cannot return the benefits already consumed either whole or in part or only in a poor condition you are obliged to compensate to the appropriate value. This does not apply if the goods are left to us when the deterioration of the goods are exclusively due to the inspection and tests (which would be possible for you in a store). You can avoid compensations by not taking the goods into service/use and avoid everything possible which would diminish the value. Kindly note that the goods to be returned are complete and will be sent back originally packed, including appropriate outer / transport package.
